Bummer, I had no idea how MANY sites there are out there that do the same thing Hypster does. They are freakin' everywhere!
Some of these other sites have 30 million users or more. I haven't done a lot of DD on these other sites...I just noticed that there are hundreds of them it seems. Hypster has a great name, perhaps the best I have seen out there, but the marketing arm of the company has failed us. I know Mike is getting close to unveiling site enhancements and new site features, which is good, but is he innovative? Or is he a laggard to employ what others have already commissioned? And how can any of these sites make big money? Other than if a buyout were to happen. But why would anyone pay millions and millions for an entity that does not make money?? I don't have the answer...Do you? Not to mention, most if not all of the big social websites have their own music players now.
Hypster really needs to market itself and do whatever it takes to increase the user base in hopes for a buyer or I don't think it has a chance of being anymore than it is now, unfortunately - JMO.
I love Hypster, not management though...prove me wrong Mike!
I'll probably get hammered for this position, that's ok....I can take it.
