Now that the site had been sale to LLEG group of investors. Do you think the so call developers will still be interested now? To put it in another way, this old pulp mill site will still be there (no activity) for another 10 years as it's privately own if laidlaw biomass plant don't work. Definately, the state will know what it's best for Berlin, especially now that the jobless rate is high and economy is struggling to fight back...I won't be surprise if the permitting process is speedup for approval in this critical times....
