I've been nibbling on this one the last couple days.
The company is not in great shape,have to admit that,but the total OS is only 26M and has been there for some time.
It's already trading at bankruptcy pricing,and much of that 26m OS is institutional holding.

It could fly on anything positive.Worth a long shot IMO.
