I'm of the opinion that you are correct in this statement MC:

"Caveat emptor. There are business propositions which fail, and there are legal ways to do it. I certainly don't think there was any intention to fail, and I also think many here probably believe the same as I do."

As in all stock purchases but in particular pinksheets ... Let the buyer beware.
