Probably because at the time they filed for the extension they were not ready to release their earnings?

They have UNTIL June 1st, they dont HAVE to release them then.

We shall soon see either way, tonight, 3 weeks from now, or somewhere in between provided they dont file for another extension.

It doesnt matter much to me.
