I suspect, in the order of probability, these things maybe happening:

1. LaJolla is off our back, as an agreement has been reached to pay them off.
2. Dan has a purchase order from Walmart, Brazil, or Portugal for our probes, tags, or readers.

This stock is so illiquid. Now that the selling is off from Hawaii and New York, we can pop to double digits in no time with any good news!!!
