A vacant lot is better than a noisy Biomass plant in the middle of the City next to parks, the downtown and residential properties. I guess that point of view hasn't sunk in yet with LLEG investors. Thankfully the M&C have set aside money to fight LLEG in the permit process. This is going to be fun! MB better start diluting so that he can pay for his lawyers. He's going to need the extra funds.
