I think to be in the top 10 % of income, you only have to make about $100 K per year, total household income. Isn't that right?

Edit: Oh, yea, the top 10 % of taxpayers paid 65 % of all income tax in 2001. I despise Bush but his party certainly is addressing the right taxpayers.
