I hope that Ken Lewis will come out tomorrow and say that he disagree with the government findings; however, BAC will find the way to raise capital without converting the gernment p.s. into c.s. or secondary public offerings.
He can give some hints that BAC can raise capital by selling their assets in CCB, Blackrock, etc... without dilution.
