It's certainly a good idea to file complaints with the SEC anytime you suspect wrongdoing by management or any company that deals with publicly traded securities. Probably the most unfortunate part of all this is the SEC really has no PUBLIC accountability. Once you file a complaint, you may eventually get an acknowledgment from them that they received it, but outside of that....you will not be able to obtain any further information involving your complaint. The SEC has two rules when it comes to disclosing information involving a complaint.

1. The SEC will neither confirm or deny an investigation.

2. See rule #1.

The SEC WILL occasionally contact a person to clarify/verify/acquire additional information if they see fit, and again...they will neither confirm or deny an investigation is in progress.

I personally file 19 complaints involving one company...under 5 different ticker symbols...including the TA for them, and TDAmeritrade. I know of at least 100 people that also filed similar complaints with many of them filing several. I received 4 calls from the SEC over a two year period to clarify information I presented to them, and the most I received from them was a " we are aware and are looking in to it" comment....it's been 5 years now since the first complaint, and NADA...company is still doing the same crap...false PR's...R/S....forward split....dumpage....merger news....months of nothing...then it starts all over again.

I don't mean to sound discouraging...I will continue to file complaints as I see the need. My faith in the "system" only encourages me to continue to give them something to toss in the circular file. Make them aware that WE are aware.

if you are curious...the company is currently named PAIVIS with
tickers over the years...RRUN/JPHC/PAIV/APOA/PAVC and was involved with voxbox (VOIP company with new ticker IMTC)in the early JPHC days.
