Per our Moderator....RE LPIH Email from Dave Gentry ... 30-Apr-09 12:42 pm "Hi XXXX, thanks for inquiring about Longwei Petroleum. The new storage facility will cost approximately $30 million. They have already invested $10 million. They may fund it through debt. Third quarter numbers should be out May 15th. Please call me if you would like to discuss further."
Also, the following is from a 14-page Report I received via email from RedChip:
"Longwei’s revenues will likely increase in the third quarter due to high sales volume resulting from winter heating demand and the stimulus spending across China. We project revenues will increase approximately 12.5% to $60.3 million in 3QFY09."
Revenues for the previous two quarters were $45 million and $53 million with eps of $.08 and $.11 respectively.
I`m hoping for a net profit of about $9-10 million which would produce an eps of $.12 or $.13 and better than $.30 for the first three quarters of fiscal `09. I`m guessing we could see an eps for the full year ending 6-31-09 of at least $.40 or just under the current share price.
