I won't say anything about near term bouncing, but i will say the longterm trend reversal is in---the NASD longterm bear channel is now re-established IMHO.
The cyclic bull is over imo.
SOXX is now about 78 points below the loweruppertrend line from Oct.2002 this places major resistance at 465 area.
