I always thought PBM's were a middleman draining money from a bloated, ineffiecent health care system.

You and rph_in_wi are on the same wavelength. In prior threads on this board, rph has presented a forceful case that the PBM’s are not why claim to be and that, sooner or later, their customers will catch on. If today’s WSJ article is any indication, it may be happening sooner rather than later.
