A couple charts are looking bullish as well.
The NYA has closed above its recent horizontal resistance and back tested its pennant breakout. A target for the NYA may be its Falling R-Line off of the Aug'08 and Sept '08 high's.
The 2nd chart is the SPX which has closed right on its horizontal R-Line but has also back tested its pennant breakout.
