I get it through Ihub. Look on the very top bar.. it should say streamer, Level 2, charts, etc..? You can click on the L2 name and it should walk you through paying for it. It's the cheapest and has everything. BUT, you should be able to get a free week first. Go through that, and if it automatically doesn't give you a free trial week, go to this link and make a post to Admin Matt and ask for a trial week:
