THere is a very strict certification process that you have to apply for and it audited by religious and FDA inspectors. Nobody seems to have a problem shooting a cow in the head with a nail gun or a hammer and then slitting its throat. The plant certified Halal can only process Halal meat. I just keep hearing people speaking out of ignorance and hatred. People pay much more money for certified Halal meat and that means more profit. Case Closed. NF
