What happened to the news? Summary of my conversation 15 minutes ago with a gentleman from MicroCap Management...

-The company is currently under an "internal gag order" because of the recent developments with the aquisition.

-"The news will be hitting the tape very, VERY shortly".

-The news will explain the terms of the aquisition and "will be very positive for Augrid shareholders".
