thanks. i read your response and i do not yet have enough info.
the reason i posted the link here is that i believe such a dispute could add yet another negative hit to the financial
markets. if lawsuits start flying it could be poison; as if this market does not have enough to contend with.
i'm short the dow from 10,200 and the QQQ from 35 and i cannot say i even enjoyed today.
