I would think that R&R now being out of the picture minimizes the prospect of a reverse spli
since they were one of the key supporters for it. I also wonder whether their clients have
bought shares "towards the end on 2008" as they recommended in
December 2007. And i also wonder about Ren's submarining of one
of the India trial results .... I bet that was the last straw.

I am also curious about the Cowen analyst meeting and whether that may eventually bear fruit ....

Lots of time to think about developments and settlements and how they all tie in -- if they do ....
It certainly seems that PPHM is getting its house in order ....
