I don't think that it is legally correct what they do but hey who cares anyway on the pinks? I mean look at SPZI, who cares if they just screw us over one more time? Nobody apparently.

Months ago I was the first one here on record who said that there is no way in my mind that they just let your convert back the shares without some troubles or additional rules and here we are......
