See Shasta, ELON has a 7 month box between $5 and $9. if you call the lows of November and March a double bottom (which I realize is very long time, thus weak signal), it's a breakout just under $9, with a target of $13. also, volume down the past 6 months suggests it's still under the radar. I've been loading because of its prime attraction (electrical efficiency) to the Obama administration emphasis on green tech. earnings on May 6, so we'll see if it's coming back yet.
