OK, so there was an address in canada and now in Thailand. There is a phone number that is not connected. There is a CEO that possibly is a farce. There were dividends that were a sham. A happy encounter that was not too happy. Several ventures that totalled one that was the forementioned scam of a PR. And so on and so forth...Lets see. Nope, no scam...just another shameful pink sheet and god knows pink sheet companies are never ever ever scams...even those visited by shareholders.I have visited many over the years...had locations and EVEN had a copier machines! Those are the real legit ones.

Well, I ain't going anywhere with my shares. I am holding tight and keeping my worthless divi cert. Something might..just might happen! I get excited every day that I see those 4 beautiful letters in my portolio. Getting chills just thinking of it.
