Physicsman Could you ask your broker if 141 gave you you a mix of common and pref'd on your conversion would the pref'd be seen in your portfolio as does the original pref'd? I would think they would be seen. If so and you don't have any then we know for sure they are giving in effect a RS to the pref'd. They converted you at a common share price over .02.
Frankly The way the screw things up many it is just a stupid mistake on 141's part. We do need to get to the bottom of this.
