not at all mdlgarza is well liked by the fed judge hanes in bk chtr11 fed court and the other side malet's attorneys are not believable according to the judge. the judge says 80% of what you are telling me sounds like fibs ,no trustee yet maybe thursday ,mdlgarza will probably be picked by the judge as interim ceo. can you imagine the judge having to hear three hours of lying on malet's attorneys, what patience!
absolute opposite testimony on each side.
thursday i believe the trustee will be picked
also mdlgarza/malet have to bring in all papers relating to his ceoship and minutes and all paperwork.
you have to remember mdlg has been ceo for 8months of both companies.
the cdvt checking account was compromised by malet and frozen by the bank i believe today. a tro will follow soon.
there are 25 creditors lodged on the case.
also the big thing are the contracts ,further investigation of cooked books showed three more contracts that were either changed or forged signatures extending the contracts with existing customers..
clark or wolfe i believe is doing the forensic audit. they were the cpas that already did the financials but had questions to williams and apparently would not sign off according to sarbannes oxsley.
