I don't mean you lie, I just want to make sure that you know if they have held on to some of your Preferred or not.

If all your 3000 Preferred shares were converted to Common, and you only got 108000 shares. I don't think the company is doing something legal. Even though they may argue there is a R/S on Preferred. Without a formal PR, it is, in my opinion, illegal.
