Cobalis Corp. (fka CLSC)

I have heard from someone down in Laguna that Cobalis passed on a licensing deal that paid them 50% and the group was experienced in this space. Supposedly Chas wanted a non-exclusive deal and 70% of the profits. Aren't they in Bankruptcy with $4-5 million in debt. Am I missing something? Has anyone heard anything similar? I guess Chas is in the drivers seat, the only problem is that so far he has driven us all off a cliff.
