THAT could be a very real possibility. I mean, every company does this type of thing when needed. It is very possible the q that just passed is nothing to write home about. In that case, this helps ease investor concern, knowing management is proactive.

We're still in a downturn and I'm sure it's continuing to affect Pfsd. This news gives the company and investors some breathing room.

Like I've said, any major positive news could turn this stock right side up in no time. With some of this short term angst out of the way, they can concentrate on sales and securing a major contract or two. Hope I'm not dreamin'..........
