I may be far out in left field but does this excerpt from the June SEC filing explain what the motive is for SS help? $225k up front and possibly a darn good chance GZFX will need 7.5 million and thereby they'd earn another $225K in one year.

"GameZnFlix has agreed upon closing of the agreement to issue Southern Securities $225,000 worth of the company's common stock as fees. On the first year anniversary from closing, GameZnFlix will issue to Southern Securities an additional $225,000 worth of common stock; this second installment will be paid only if/when GameZnFlix: (i) draws more than $7,500,000 in the first year of the agreement; or (ii) GameZnFlix plans to draw money in the second year from the closing date. The day of closing is defined as the day the definitive documents are signed by both parties. All these shares shall have registration rights, as discussed below. The value of the shares to be issued is to be established as the closing price on the date of issuance. These shares are for the purpose of offsetting the costs of Southern Securities in completing this transaction."
