All major worthwhile rallies start after the 50 ema dropped under the 200 ema.

I agree. However, the 50 DMA on the COMPQ crossed under the 200 DMA in early June, 2000 ... the 50 hung slightly below the 200 into September ....... and the COMPQ collapsed.

The next "worthwhile" rallies started in April, and then again in September, 2001.
