IMO, if you don't mind paying the .0009 for some or all of your order, then put it at .0009 - if the price doesn't immediately jump up, then your order will fill at whatever the current market price is (assuming that the current market price has not exceeded your bid price). I play 'em like that a lot if I really want the stock.
