There are Rumblings that China will be by 2010...
India has it's laws in English....
Canada has the largest land mass of English speaking Countries
Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Belgium and Germany boast over 50% population that also speak English..

Over 1.3 Billion speak or understand the Language...

Your probably hinting at the China connection....
