When Wyeth rec'd FDA approval for Premarin (conjugated estrogens)Vaginal Cream it came with a boxed warning "Endometrial Cancer, Cardiovascular Disorders & Probable Dementia for Estrogen-Alone Therapy." & "Cardiovascular Disorder, Breast Cancer & Probable Dementia for for Estrgen Plus Progestin Therapy." I'd say Zygen is looking good(in combo with Rib.) & it's still cheap as dirt. hint hint.
