it's pretty clear the
decision to *flood*
the share count at
.0002 .. shows how
*desperate* whomever
is utilizing nite .. is

again .. it started with
those 117M shares 3 weeks
ago today ~ which as i duly
noted <in real time> looked
*controlled* .. and as i said
if i didn't know better *they*
were setting it up for a run

i'd love some of the naysayers
to explain ~ why exactly with
all this *volume* .. the pps
is at .0002 and we haven't had
one MM/ECN ~ sign off on bid ~

remember *they* were handed
125M shares on a silver platter
last fall ~ 7 months ago ~ which
*enabled* them to do something
they *hadn't* been able to do
~ which was break the pps <old
52 week low from spring of 08
was .0005> and magically skip
all of the mm's on bid at .0002
and hit the .0001s for the first
time on 11/10/2008 for all 45,000
shares

let's face it
they can't *shake* legitimate
shares free so obviously the
decision was made to change *tactics*

now again .. we all know <at least
those of us who read the filings>
that 117M .. is comparable to what
MMM .. *held* <of course those shares
are in the os .. just hadn't been in
the float> if indeed MMM *sold*

it's quite possible they did ..

as i noted *here* last oct when the
annual was filed .. i found it interesting
that with all their financial woes .. MMM
hadn't sold out in april of 2008 at the 6
month window ~

again .. i'm still working on that ..
trying to actually ascertain .. if indeed
it was they .. who actually sold 117M ..
limit .0002 ..

regardless on 4/3 ... nite took the opportunity
to suck up every *share* they could ~

why exactly would that be .. lol

most of us have *suspected* it's all NSS .. related

btw .. i totally agree .. it's in aero's
best interest to get this acq completed
and 8k'd asap ..
