of positioning themselves
first <or best> on either
the bid or ask .. and then
*blocking* at various times

<btw .. it's well known on
many .. many levels .. from
those who provide level 2
services .. to brokers who
will speak off of the record>


now .. as anyone with l2
knows .. they don't *always*
block .. but they can and do

in aerp's case ..

when one asks what the bid ask is
and you see .. .0001/.0002 .. 13x1

and it's *nite* by themselves on ask at .0002

and a trade for 5k .. 6k .. 9k .. is entered
at .0003 and *filled* there .. it means nite
is blocking ..

in the last 3 months .. *longs* have gotten
nite .. able and etmm .. this way .. and then
one can submit a complaint directly to the SEC

due to the bs that is aerp's *trading* ... i
discussed with the SEC .. back in february
what options .. longs could do .. and was told
very specifically .. if we could prove they
blocked .. to submit those complaints by as
many longs as possible as frequently as possible
<direct quote was squeaky wheel gets the attn>

usually nite will bring down another MM on ask
meaning the bids will fill at the ask .. almost
always when it's etmm .. it's a bluff ..

not sure if you have rt l2 .. but if you don't
and plan to either trade or invest in the pk/bb
arena ~ it's the best advice i can give you

you can then learn who is the primary and who
is the secondary .. in the never ending game of
musical chairs .. when a stock like aerp .. is
NSS'd .. to hell and back ..

quite clearly .. who plays the game

in aerp's .. case there is no contest .. it's nite

back in 07 .. fccn days .. it was vfin
then with aerp coming public .. it morphed to
sbsh and nite
by 2008 .. it was all nite .. with ubss coming
in a very .. very .. distant second
