Dew, I received a reply from PPHM's IR and have posted what they told me on the IHub PPHM thread

The company’s answer dances around your question about the status of the patients with unconfirmed responses, which is not a good sign.

It would have been a simple matter for PPHM to say that the 3 patients whose scans have not been confirmed were scheduled to have confirmatory scans. That they didn’t say this leads me to infer that these 3 patients did have confirmatory scans and that these scans failed to show a confirmed response. If my inference is correct, under RECIST criteria these 3 patients were not bona fide responders. Regards, Dew
