This is a collection of crummy internet-based/media stocks, none of which is a leader in its segment. If you separate out the individual parts (Expedia, HotWire, Lending Tree, Match.com, Ticketmaster, etc., one would never buy any of these stocks individually unless he/she were in a drug haze. Absent any synergy, this motley collection of crappy stocks and businesses is the travel/media equivalent of CMGI. Barry Diller is a slickster that could sell snake oil to a python, but even he can't make this stew of misfit internet stocks appealing.

IMHO, you need to rethink this purchase. There is good reason this stock is sinking like a stone, and it is NOT a bargain at these levels. The sundry business models do not work (i.e., are not profitable).
