Well as we all know that Steve didn't sell these shares on open market. But yet still O/S increased to about 13+ billion. The billion dollar question here is how can he sell shares to investors like this ? and as he already did this; what was the pps paid by these investors ? and if these investors bought shares of SMAS; it indicates something good is going to take place soon..................
