The fact of the matter is the market has no idea what the stock is worth and neither do shareholders, however, I can assure you whoever made the buy-out offer had/has full access to eeso's books as well as signed / pending contracts. Being on the pinks is the biggest negative going on with this stock right now because of all that comes with it. I did agree with some of your post though.
