I am just saying this: A family is like

any other well working group. Each plays
a role

The family dynamic involving a parent
and a child that are 'best friends'
rather than Father/Mother and Child
usually do not bode well for the child,

On the other hand, I agree with you...
sounds like you have a fine son and are
very proud of him.

I have one daughter, 13, and feel the
same as well
