From the city council agenda tonight, Item 9.8

Consideration and appropriate action regarding approval to authorize 4B EDC funds to pay city bond attorney to review due diligence report for emerging technology incubator, Sparta Products Inc. and Ecoloclean Industries, Inc.

As mustang says its only approval to authorize funds for somebody to review the due diligence on ECCI and Sparta.

If this is a total scam then the lawyers due diligence will point that out. If not then they move to the next step.

Not real exciting but at least steps to either prove or disprove this is a legit operation. I can't imagine ECCI going through this process if they think it's an exercise in futility.

I will call tomorrow morning to see if it passed or not. I would imagine since this is such an early step in the process it should not be a problem.
