How would I know that? All we have is *YOUR* tea leaf interpretation of L2...which I believe is incorrect. With the massive dilution that has been going on with AERP the volume is NOT unusual & is actually very consistent with an OTC BB stock with close to 3 Billion shares issued.

You don't know that either. There are many ways to make them free trading the day they are issued. It's done ALL the time on OTC BB stocks.

btw...even if they are restricted there are still plenty of shares issued previously that have become free trading by now....& more every week/month.

btw..."if" anyone is shorting AERP it would be the people who hold restricted shares & want their money NOW & actually have the shares(restricted) to back up their short sales.
