Agreed. Until we with the help of our honorable judge begin to sort out the claims register and disallow all of the frivolous and outright fraudulent claims, I don't see how a plan can be ready to present.

How can 3 different claimants use the same ridiculous 39B+ figure and it not be fraud? There is a notice on the claim form about penalties for filling fraudulent claims...
