Microsoft is a huge player. There's no way we'd go after them for patent infringement while we currently only have funding through May and an existing case against Scanbuy. In my opinion, Iain responded to that issue appropriately. When we win the case against Scanbuy, then we can look at other patent infringements, thus strengthening any case against those. It would be foolish to go after them all at once.
