PPHM – Note that only 8 of the 11 responses in the 17-patient cohort were confirmed; moreover, four patients were deemed unevaluable.

Thus, the confirmed response rate in the trial to date is 8/17=47% on a “completer” basis and 8/21=38% on an ITT basis. Nothing to write home about, IMHO.
