They raised the A/S to 1.25B and then the O/S was 1.17B, then 1.249B. So then they raised the A/S to 1.5B and then to 1.8B. During this time record numbers of shares have traded.

I'm guessing 1.5+B O/S on this Q and an absolutely hilarious explanation why it isn't 700M like they said. It'll make for a good laugh and I can't wait. Hope they don't disappoint me and decide to quit filing. What would I do for entertainment then?
