I agree 100% with your outlook for the weeks/months ahead, penny_ta. Even if we get a mini-bounce in advance of the stress test results, it will then almost be May, when many will take the profits they can from this Bear Market Rally, then stay away come May. The Bear ETF's are going to be quite profitable in May and June, imo.
