If my information is correct, it appears that about 6 weeks ago San Telmo mgmt. owned approx. 12% of about 45,000,000 shares.

As of last week I was told that mgmt. owns approximately 15% of about 48,000,000 shares.

Thats a gain of 1.8 million shares in less than 2 months.

Is there a reason mgmt. is loading up at these deflated prices?
