1. Slow Ty sale to make ELN pps as low as possible to depress ty value.
2. Acquire 50% ty from ELN for lowest price if possible.
3. After BIIB owns 100% Ty, commission for Ty sales will be increased, BIIB sales team will be happy to do more Ty sales, then the patient # will skyrocket.
