RIETS

still these news guys just don't get it

Plus I saw a guy on this morning talking about in NY, many commercial building in the early through mid 2000's was bought and needed $100 plus per SQR/Ft to cover costs, but only getting $60 per SQR right now.

I also thought I heard something about TRUMP done with NY because of the new tax they added and he is heading out. The guy that I would call MR NY, giving up on these clowns, what does that say. I'll see if I can find.

When will someone report on the REAL story. Yes, I think things are flatting out. CASH is king and great buys right now if you need real estate. But I don't see consumers running out spending cash like crazy or borrowing to buy $50,000 cars. I also don't see banks just hand out cash like before.

For years I have seen around here, people living in a $5000 trailer, but driving 30,40 or $50,000 cars. Now, the car auction lots can't even handle the weekly overflow. You tell me banks are going to do this again? How about everybody buying everything on credit cards?

How about us that have kids, remember the $100 10 $120 tennis shoe that the kids HAD TO HAVE to fit in. You think that will carry on? The $80 par of jeans, the ECT ECT>>>>>>>

Times were good, but times did get OUT OF CONTROL. We needed this correction. We are coming back to reality, but I do not see a roar like before for a long time.

The only scary part, free market makes its corrections and fixes itself, but the GOV has all there new plans and will put a HURT on free markets. Boy I just can't wait to buy my new GM.GOV Corvette, packing a 40 horse power electric engine, a GSP so I'm safe because they know where I'm going and how fast. And the BIG BONUS, getting my free 20 carbon credits when closing the purchase deal to go against my $3000/month home electric bill.
