Umm, Quite simply, BBDA has Potencia, or more accurately, Potencia has BBDA. The race cars with Potencia now belong to the shareholders of BBDA. When it races with that logo, it is BBDA. The product that is currently being sold belongs to shareholders of BBDA. You do not need to wait on a launch of KOMA to have a product, you have it, Potencia. KOMA is cream.
